Padmashali endeavours to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

• The order may be cancelled before it has been shipped. Should the order be cancelled, you will receive a credit amount equivalent to the value of your order for any subsequent purchase on the website.
• Returns & Exchanges are only allowed if the product is wrongfully delivered, i.e. product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation, or if it has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, in which case we will re-fulfill your order with the same or similar product after review of the wrong delivery/quality/ manufacturing defect.
• The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
• Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments that have make up stains or garments that smell of perfume.
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
• The return/exchange request should be sent by email to info.padmashali@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
• If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package. Kindly immediately get in touch with us at info.padmashali@gmail.com& call at +7874540667

• In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as mentioned above.
• Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorisation of return/exchange within 2 working days.
  Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back to Padmashali at the below mentioned address within 7 days.

• The item/s must be returned to us before the exchange is made. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges). This is only applicable for online purchases.
• We aim to process all returns and exchanges within 7 working days.

1. The customer will be responsible for any applicable customs and duties for both the returned shipment and the items we ship in exchange.
2. Saris that have the blouse detached, fall stitched – either by you or by us for you – cannot be exchanged.
